Each player may hold only one active titi4d account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any associated bonuses will be voided without compensation.

Bonus Abuse: Any Player found to be systematically exploiting bonuses — including through matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or coordination with other Players — will have all associated bonus winnings voided and their Account reviewed for potential suspension.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, titi4d's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
